1. Introduction
Welcome to Tap Champions ("Game"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Game, a third-party service accessible via Telegram Mini Apps. By installing or using the Game, you agree to our Privacy Policy and Telegram's applicable terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
2. Eligibility
To use the Game, you must be at least 13 years old, or older if the minimum age required by the laws of your country is higher. The Game is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
You use your Telegram account to sign in. Telegram automatically provides us with certain data (your Telegram ID, name, username, profile photo, and interface language). Keep your login credentials confidential and do not share them with third parties. Using multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes is prohibited.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Game for any illegal or fraudulent activities. Prohibited conduct includes:
- Cheating, hacking, or exploiting the Game or its API in any way.
- Fraudulently claiming rewards or prizes, for example fake ad clicks or duplicate accounts.
- Uploading or using content (text, images, and similar materials) that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, or violates others' rights.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to copy the Game.
- Interfering with the Game's operation, including by submitting malicious code.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, in addition to any legal remedies.
4. Advertising
Ads are delivered by AdsGram (a third-party provider). We do not control and are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or the actions of advertisers. However, if you report an advertisement as illegal or inappropriate, we will take reasonable steps to review the report and, where possible, forward it to AdsGram and/or take available measures, such as blocking or limiting specific ads.
5. Payments and Donations
The Game may offer in-game purchases or accept donations. Telegram Stars: If you use Telegram Stars to buy digital goods (coins, items, or access), these transactions are processed by Telegram, Apple, or Google as described in the Telegram Stars Terms of Service. We do not see or store your payment details. All Star purchases are final on Telegram's side. If the Game does not deliver the purchased goods or services as promised, you may request a refund via Telegram's /paysupport feature.
Other payments, if available, are processed by third-party providers. We do not store your payment details and do not control payment authorization or processing. Once we receive confirmation of a successful payment, we are responsible for delivering the purchased in-game goods. If a payment fails or is reversed by the provider, please contact the provider first; we may assist with verification where possible.
6. Refunds and Disputes
All purchases or donations are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or as expressly provided here. If you believe you have a legitimate problem, for example if you did not receive an item, first contact us via the /paysupport command.
7. Giveaways and Prizes
The Game may hold giveaways or prize contests. Eligibility and rules, including age, entry method, selection, and prize delivery, will be specified in each promotion. Generally, no purchase is necessary to participate, winners are chosen at random, and prizes will be delivered as described when the contest is announced. The Game is not responsible for taxes or fees on prizes. We reserve the right to cancel or modify a giveaway if required by law. These contests are not sponsored or endorsed by Telegram or AdsGram. Participation constitutes your acceptance of the specific contest rules and these Terms.
8. Intellectual Property
The Game and all content, design, graphics, and code are our property or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to play the Game. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Game's content without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Telegram and AdsGram are independent third-party providers. We are not responsible for their services, availability, policies, or acts or omissions. This does not limit our responsibility for issues caused by the Game itself, including our integration, reward delivery, or support obligations, to the extent required by applicable law.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date shown on this page will change when we post a new version. Your continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the new Terms.
